Centre Director - Sydney Inner West Our client is an exceeding childcare centre located in Canterbury. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead and manage this 50-place service. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and children Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to support growth and success Lead training and promote professional growth Successful applicants will have: Completed Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent Valid Working with Children Check Current First Aid/CPR certification, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training. An excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) In-depth knowledge of centre operations and regulatory awareness Strong communication and interpersonal skill Excellent mentoring and leadership skills A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education Right to Work in Australia without restriction Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Director, or in a similar position Offering: $100K - $120K Super, dependent on experience, plus bonuses On-site parking Full-time, permanent employment Professional development opportunities.
